To ensure that the values and interests of the American people are reflected in both Foreign and Domestic Policy, CAFEI makes a firm and focused commitment to use all legal methods available to remove Foreign Influence from our elections and hold our elected officials accountable if they accept campaign funds from foreign aligned organizations.
In The Courtroom
Citizens Against Foreign Election Interference will leverage the existing Foreign Agents Registrations Act (FARA) to force foreign lobbying groups to register as Foreign Agents. Individuals or groups operating as foreign agents are prohibited from contributing campaign funds to U.S. politicians. We will target the worst offenders first and set an example that Americans will not accept foreign interest trumping American interests.
In Public
We will organize the everyday citizen to protest against these non registered foreign agents who are directly buying elections in violation of the existing FARA law.
We will show up at town halls, city halls, make our voices heard and make those elected officials who accept Foreign Agent funds answer to the people for whom they were elected to serve.
At The Ballot Box
Citizens Against Foreign Elections believes the best way to hold elected officials accountable is at the ballot box.
We will raise funds to counter the influence of non registered foreign agents by contributing to candidates and voting for those candidates who believe in our mission and will support the enforcement of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
For those candidates that continue to accept campaign funds from foreign agents and place the interests of those entities of the interest of the U.S. citizen, we will spare no expense in educating their constituency of this betrayal and make them pay for it at the ballot box.
